At Appliance Service Center, we've been taking care of the service and repair of major home appliances for the entire Monterey Bay area since 1974. We're family owned and operated and you can rest assured you'll receive professional and personalized service from our management team.
MARC FEARNEHOUGH
Marc Fearnehough has been a member of numerous appliance trade associations since 1976. He was one of the founders of United Servicers Association and one of the original members of the West Coast Peer Group.
The money he spends to attend association and peer group functions returns many times the cost in new profit opportunities.
Marc is committed to providing all of his technicians with comprehensive training in both the basics and latest brand specific information needed to effectively major home appliances. He sends them to the manufacturers' training sites throughout the country and hosts training at Appliance Service Center.
He is a consumer advocate as well, having served as president of the Advisory Board to the Bureau of Appliance and Electronic Repair under the California Department of Consumer Affairs.
DANA MICHELOSEN
Dana has been with Appliance Service Center since 1989 and has successfully performed and grown into more responsible positions in the company. She has participated in many management seminars during her years at Appliance Service Center and now manages our operation.
She regularly attends association and other seminars to fine tune and improve her management skills. In addition, she maintains communication with the manufacturers' representatives to assure our customer service expectations are aligned with theirs.
SANDY MARRUJO
Sandy has been at Appliance Service Center since 1992. She came to us from another dealer and has an extensive background in appliance parts.
She manages our comprehensive parts department and local inventory which is part of our commitment to providing a higher level of service for our customers by stocking over $200,000.00 in parts. These parts are located at our two locations and on our service trucks.
Sandy also coordinates the sales of accessories and parts to customers coming into our facility.
